Do I need pest control when I move out?

It depends on your lease. Many Queensland tenancy agreements ask for a professional flea or pest treatment at the end of the tenancy, most often when pets have been kept at the property. Check the special terms in your agreement or ask your property manager, and we will do the treatment they need.

When should the treatment be done?

As close to the end of your tenancy as you can, after your furniture is out and the cleaning and carpet cleaning are finished. Treating last means the product is not cleaned away before your exit inspection.

What paperwork do I get?

You get a tax invoice and a treatment record showing the address, the date and what was treated. That is what property managers usually ask to see with your exit paperwork.

How quickly can you come?
